It includes:

• Travel by bus / flight;
• Guide / companion;
• Transport of personal bicycles in an equipped trolley (bus / special equipment for air flights);
• Stay and Treatment as indicated in the program;
• Bottle of water;
• Scheduled visits and excursions
• Medical / baggage insurance.

It does not include:

• Bike rental on request: Mountain Bike / E-bike / City Bike and other types;
• Anything not indicated in the “It includes” item.

Conditions:
Deposit: 30% upon confirmation
Balance: within 20 days from the departure date

General Information:
When defining and accepting the travel contract, it is necessary to report the presence of people who require special diets and with reduced mobility in order to be able to verify the services and the possibility of assistance. Trip cancellation without penalty within 30 days from the departure date.

TRAVEL CONFIRMATION:
The trips will be confirmed in compliance with the minimums indicated in the detailed program for each Itinerary.

 

 

ASSIGNMENT OF SEATS

For coach trips, seats are assigned and remain fixed for the duration of the trip. It is essential that the customer reports any special requests upon registration, subject to confirmation by the agency. For air travel, a seat will be assigned at the request of the customer.

 

SPECIAL DIETS:
It is essential to report special dietary needs, allergies and intolerances at the time of registration. Shantaram Viaggi will communicate the Participants’ reports to the supplier, but recommends the interested customer to make sure directly on site, when the service is provided. The organizer cannot be held responsible for acts and / or omissions made by third parties or in the event of failure to report at the time of accession by the Participant.

 

NEWS SHEET:

On the day of departure, Participants will be given the program with all useful information for the trip, including addresses and hotel contacts, contact details for the tour leader and other useful information. Only on request it can also be sent by email 2/3 days before departure.
